Domain Registration
You can't have a web site without a domain name. Do you need a .com/.org etc. for your web site? We will take care of the domain registration, update the WHOIS information with the contact info of your choice, and make sure it is pointed to your web site. Domain registration for the first year is free of charge if you purchase at least one year of web hosting with us. Domain registration will typically be $15-$20 per year.
Domain Renewal
If you forget to renew your domain, it will expire, and someone else can register it, and you may never get it back! If you have to register a new domain name, you will have to spend lots of money to update all your advertising. You may lose lots of customers and clients that don't know your new domain name and can't find your web site. If your domain name expires, a competitor could purchase it and use it to defame your company or redirect users to their web site. Don't worry about your domain. Leave it to us. We'll renew your domain at least 30 days in advance of domain expiration every year you want to keep it. Domain renewal will typically be $15-$20 per year. If you renew your domain for 5 years, we will pay for the 5th year!
Web Site Design
We will work with you step by step to develop the web site of your dreams! We won't charge you hourly fees or a per page fee. Long before we even start working on your web site we will work with you to come up with a one-time price to develop your web site that works for your budget, and ours. You will know the price you are going to pay for your web site up front. And that is what sets us apart from everyone else! Deposit (1/2 the agreed upon price) is collected up front, and then the other half once your web site is complete. If at any time during development you are not completely satisfied with your web site or just change your mind, we will refund your deposit. Once your web site is online and paid in full, we also offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied with your web site or just change your mind, we will take your web site offline and refund your deposit only.
Web Hosting
You have a domain name. You have a web site. Where are you going to host it at? There are tons of different companies each with multiple customizable plans. Do the terms disk space, bandwidth, FTP and MySql give you a headache? Then leave all the technical mumbo jumbo to us! We'll make sure your web site is hosted on a reliable server with a reliable web hosting company. We'll take care of the technical details. We'll contact technical support if needed. For most basic sites the cost will be $5 per month. Or if you pre-pay $50 annually you will get two months free. Additional charges may apply for ecommerce and more complex sites that require more resources.
Web Site Maintenance
It never fails. After all that hard work your web site is finally finished and you forgot to add that one little thing. Or you don't think that certain text sounds right. Or that photo would look better over there. Or that text should be a different color. Most companies will charge you a hefty hourly fee for those little changes. And those little changes will quickly add up to big costs! But if we designed your web site and/or you have web hosting with us, we'll never charge you for those little changes. We are not happy until you are 100% completely satisfied with your web site! Additional charges may apply for major site revisions, additional pages and/or initial updating of web sites that we did not originally create.
Email Administration
If you have web hosting with us, we will administer your web site's email accounts free of charge! We will set up unlimited email accounts for you. We save you the headache of downloading and configuring an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook. We will provide you with an easy to use web based email client that you can access from anywhere across the world. And any assistance you may need down the road, including: adding or removing email accounts, changing passwords, or any questions in general, we're there for you, no charge.
Database Administration
As part of your web design and maintenance, we will create and maintain your web site's databases on reliable servers. With unlimited storage and regular backups, you can rest assured that your data is safe, and we will meet your web site's needs now, and into the future.
Customizable Solutions
Need a blog, forum or message board? Third party programs are complex, use a lot of resources, can slow down your site and are prone to security issues. We can create secure, low resource, customized solutions for your web site that will look like they were custom made for your web site, because they were! Additional charges may apply.
Security Monitoring
Viruses, hackers, they're everywhere! And they're looking to get into your web site. Rest assured we are security experts! Backed by the security measures already in place by the web hosting company we've chosen for your web site, if we designed your web site, we continually monitor your web site for malicious files and malicious code. If we detect anything suspicious, we will investigate it and fix it, free of charge. Additional charges may apply to fix and secure web sites that were not designed by us.

In today's generation, a web site, a company, an organization, a campaign, is nothing without social media. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Tumblr, can be very daunting if you are not familiar with it. Don't miss out on all the free advertising and extra traffic that social media can draw to your web site.
