| Starbucks Coffee will offer Tollway riders fast and convenient access to their favorite hot and cold beverages. Starbucks entire beverage menu—including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffees, and Frappuccino® Blended Beverages will be available. Starbucks will also offer a variety of fresh food items: pastries, specialty sandwiches, and salads; as well as coffee mugs, glassware, and bags of freshly roasted Starbucks whole bean coffee.

| Founded in 1937 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is a leading branded specialty retailer of premium quality doughnuts, including the Company's signature Original Glazed. The new Krispy Kreme Doughnuts kiosks at the Illinois Tollway Oases will feature 15 varieties of doughnuts, Krispy Kreme's four freshly brewed signature coffees, espresso drinks, and a new line of frozen blended beverages. The kiosk locations will be open 24 hours.

| Tropicana, Smoothies, Juices & More! is a co-branding concept combining quality Tropicana Smoothies with nationally recognized branded ice creams and frozen yogurts. The new store will offer Bressler's® Ice Cream and I Can't Believe It's Yogurt®, as well as the popular Weight Watchers® Smart Ones® soft serve ice cream and Atkins® Endulge Premium Ice Cream.

| McDonald's® will anchor each Oasis location serving many familiar and favorite foods World Famous Fries®, Big Mac®, Quarter Pounder® with Cheese, Chicken McNuggets®, Egg McMuffin® and McGriddles®. These items, along with the remaining full standard McDonald's menu, will be served at the Tollway Oasis both inside the restaurant and at the drive-thru. The McDonald's McTreats® kiosk will feature many of McDonald's delicious desserts.

| Travelers of the Tollway will now have a tasty Chinese food option with Panda Express. Served hot, fresh and fast, Panda Express will offer their full menu of authentic Mandarin and Cantonese dishes at all the Oases, including their signature entrée, Orange Flavored Chicken.

| Travel Mart will offer Tollway patrons a wide variety of products including sandwiches, snacks, cold beverages, sunglasses, newspapers, books, magazines and maps. Travel Mart's boutique area will feature children's merchandise, souvenirs, memorabilia and apparel.

| On The Run at Mobil offers Chicagoland drivers a little refuge from the hectic pace of the road by providing Fast, Fresh and Friendly service in a clean and attractive convenience store. Stop in for a cup of fresh, gourmet coffee on your way to work or pick up a gallon of milk on your way home. There are 10 conveniently located On The Run convenience stores at Mobil now open on the Illinois Tollway, eight equipped with state-of-the-art car washes.
